Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Seasonal & Large Equipment – 48-Hour Return Policy
Due to the size, weight, and seasonal nature of certain products, the following items must be returned within 48 hours of purchase:
- Snow plows (blades, frames, and complete systems)
- Dry material spreaders (salt/sand)
- Liquid spreaders and sprayers
- Snow & ice control equipment
- Large or motorized outdoor attachments
Conditions for seasonal returns:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and freight charges.
- Restocking fees may apply.
Returns requested after 48 hours for these items will not be accepted.
Partial Refunds (When Applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not returned in original condition.
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned outside the applicable return window.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift Returns - No Problem!
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
